Kwame found GUILTY of violating his probation!!! But Judge allows him to go back to Texas while he awaits sentencing.  He has been told to get his affairs in order before returning to Detroit for sentencing on May 20th at 9:30 a.m.  What do you think of the Judges decision???

Today a Livonia couple was sentenced to 2-15 years in prison (option for resentencing if restituion can be paid) for ripping off 23 (mostly elderly) individuals in a funeral home scam which netted $257,000.00 and $150,000.00 is still owed. Judge Daniel Hathaway issued that sentence I see it as approproate. Now we have Kwame who ripped off a entire city in far more ways than one and the sum is technically 100 fold though he is only asked to pay back 10 fold. You do the math when it comes to what he should be sentenced. I know that sitting in prison for a couple few years is the greatest motivation one can have to PAY UP! I pray the Judge Groner has his thinking cap on come sentencing day. I gurantee whoever really has the money in Kwame’s life will pony up the dough in 24 hours. Bank on it.
