Robyn, who just completed her second 2010 tour of North America, performed at the Nobel Peace Prize concert in Oslo, Norway the past weekend. She certainly lived up to the billing; utilizing two drummers, a string section and an impressive light show.
The Swedish pop star has had a busy year. Alongside her busy touring schedule she has released a trilogy of albums – Body Talk Pt. 1, Body Talk Pt. 2 and Body Talk.
To date the three releases have amassed a total of 3,339,146 scrobbles, contributing a decent-sized amount to Robyn’s total scrobble count of 11,934,501
Released back on June 15th it’s unsurprising that Body Talk Pt.1 is leading the way in the scrobble ranking, with the eight track release gaining 1,893,879 scrobbles so far.
Body Talk Pt. 2, released on September 7th, can count 824,953 scrobbles so far, with single “Hang With Me” regularly appearing in Robyn’s weekly top tracks, with a total scrobble count of 330,971 to date.
The latest and final edition, Body Talk, was released on November 22nd. With the release tying in the best moments from the first two installments with added new material, it will probably rise to the top of Robyn’s charts sooner rather than later; with the scrobble counts so far correlating with release dates, fans seem to have taken to each release in equal measure.
