oprah winfrey piers morgan cnn Oprah Talks About Her Teenage Pregnancy

A lot was talked about on the Piers Morgan show Monday night but everybody today is still talking about Oprah speaking out on her pregnancy when she was 14 years old.

Oprah had no remorse about her baby dying, and even tried suicide to end the pregnancy.

“Getting pregnant was a result of bad choices, not having boundaries, sexual abuse from the time I was 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13,” the talk show queen revealed during the debut of CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight.”

Winfrey said she contemplated suicide when she became pregnant at 14 and tried to drink laundry detergent in attempt to abort the baby herself. Winfrey’s mother sent the pregnant teen to live with her father in Nashville.

  1. Rachelle says:

Wow, I seriously lost all respect for Oprah. It’s actually kind of funny, isn’t Oprah always the one to tell people that no matter what it is, they can push through it, they can get through anything? Isn’t she the woman that so many people look up to for having so much strength and such strong will-power. It’s one thing that she MURDERED, and DESTROYED her baby, but it’s absolutely terrible that she doesn’t even have remorse over KILLING it.
If she would have kept that baby, who knows what kind of AMAZING things they could have done in the world. What if they had cured cancer? What if they saved somebody’s life? That one single life was important too.
I hope when Oprah gets to heaven, if she even does, she can look her baby in the eyes and tell him/her all the reasons she murdered him/her.
