Avoid The Worst Parts Of New Years Eve

New Years Eve is one of the craziest nights of the year.  So many people insist that the night before Thanksgiving is the biggest bar night of the year, but I disagree.  So, with New Years being such an insane night, here are some tips to make the night just a bit easier.

LifeHacker.com has some great ideas to prepare for your New Years Eve outings.  The first, and most important thing to remember tonight, is no drinking and driving!  AAA of Detroit is really helping everyone out this year.  From 6PM-6AM, you can call AAA if you have had a few drinks, and they will pick you and your car up and take you home…FOR FREE, and you don’t even have to be a member!

Another smart idea they mentioned was to prepare to lose your phone. Things will probably get pretty crazy tonight, and if it does, you better know how to find your phone.  They recommend “Find My iPhone for iOS users and Prey on Android, which gives you tons of options for finding your phone, even if it was stolen.”
