Hot on the heels of their hit “Live My Life” featuring Justin Bieber, Far East Movement have revealed more information on their upcoming release. Their sophomore album, titled Dirty Bass, will be available May 8.

Currently overseas on The Cherrytree Pop Alternative Tour, the band will film the video for “Live My Life” today in Amsterdam. LMFAO’s Redfoo will make his directorial debut directing the music video.

While “Live My Life” is blowing up the charts, new song “Candy” just leaked. Featuring Pitbull, the bass heavy track embodies a heart pounding drum beat, sure to be popular in clubs everywhere. Though the complete track list to Far East Movement’s LP is still in the works, fans can rest assured that “Candy” will be featured on Dirty Bass.

In a recent video post, the band talked of how they first teamed up with Tokio Hotel. Their collaboration, “If I Die Tomorrow” with Bill Kaulitz of Tokio Hotel will be featured on Dirty Bass.

“When we first saw Tokio Hotel on the Cherrytree line-up we said, ‘That’s a band we need to work with.’ Our styles are so different from the music to the fashion and that’s what makes this song so dynamic, that’s what makes making music exciting for us and why we started,” Kev Nish said. “For us it ain’t always about making a completely new sound no one has heard but making an accessible sound people can live [their] life to and bring in outside elements that make it totally new.”

With numerous collaborations on Dirty Bass, U.S. fans won’t have to wait too much longer to hear the new material as Far East Movement will be touring the country in May.
