Celebrity paychecks come with celebrity sized tax bills, and it seems every week we hear about someone who is up to their eyeballs in back taxes.  Somehow, they rarely seem to ever go to jail.  I think it’s ridiculous that a multi millionaire can slide on paying their fair share, but they take mine and yours right out of our checks!  Here’s a list of people who owe BOOKOO taxes:

1.  Nicolas Cage

The Gone in Sixty Seconds actor just paid off $6 million in back taxes from 2007, half of his total outstanding tax debt.  Just another measly $6 mil to go!

2. Ja Rule

In March 2011 Ja plead guilty to two counts of tax evasion for not filing tax returns from 2004-2008.  He agreed to pay 1.1 million in back taxes and penalties.  I guess he probably won’t be paying much on that soon, he’s currently serving two years in Rikers for gun charges dating back to 2007.  In addition, he received a 28 month sentence for tax evasion to run consecutively, so look for a payment around 2015.  I can understand overspending and not being able to afford your taxes, but just not filing them at all?  C’mon Son.

3. Lindsay Lohan

Lilo forgot to pay her taxes a couple of times.  Looks like she owed over $140,000 from back in 2010 and almost $94,000 from 2009.  She must have been too busy getting arrested and hitting people with her car to pay.

4. Lil Wayne

Just ’cause you’re still makin bank, doesn’t mean you’re paying your taxes.  Just ask Weezy F. Baby.  Wayne was hit with a $5.6 million dollar tax lien last year.  In his defense, he WAS incarcerated at the time, and the judge ended up giving him more time to pay.
