Currently promoting the romantic drama Lucky Ones with Taylor Schilling, Zac Efron and Shilling discussed the best music for setting the mood and whether they have experienced any fantasy romance scenarios in their own lives with MTV News.

While Efron confessed his lines were not as good as the ones Nicholas Sparks has written, he admits they were “excellent in the moment.” Meanwhile, Schilling added the things that meant most to her are “the little things from the heart” which have included notes and flowers.

“Every once in a while when you look into each other’s eyes and that music starts playing, I love it when that happens,” Efron joked.

When asked about what music should be played when trying to set the mood, Schilling confessed she had no answer and asked Efron what he would play.

“Phil Collins,” Efron said. “Pick one. They’re all amazing.”

“That’s great!” Shilling said, laughing. “That’s a good blanket artist. It’s a great answer.”

While Efron admits he jams to Phil Collins, it begs us to ask, who is the Phil Collins of today? With popular hits “In the Air Tonight,” “Against All Odds,” “One More Night,” and “Can’t Hurry Love” he’s a tough act to compare.

With his smooth vocals, Australia’s own Gotye begs slight resemblance. As countless bands continue to cover his chart-topping single “Somebody That I Used To Know” it’s hard not to see the comparison within his single.

As he switches from whispered vocals to screams mid-track, “Somebody That I Used To Know” gives reference to “In the Air Tonight.” Now if only Gotye can jam on drums while he belts.
