When we first started playing Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe,” not only did I know that it would be a hit, but I knew that she would become a MAJOR star, and fast.  It looks as if Carly is going no where but straight to the top!  Of course she was already signed to the same label as Justin Bieber, and now she is featured on a song by Owl City called “Good Time.”  When I first heard this song, I knew it would be as much of a hit as “Call Me Maybe,” but because of Carly (no disrespect, Adam).  And today, they just released an awesome “lyric video” for the song!

Now, Adam Young of Owl City has a great voice.  I’m not trying to downplay how great Adam sounds and the fact he writes fantastic songs.  But I think Carly was the PERFECT choice to add this “Good Time.”  Just earlier this morning when we played the song, Buck was dancing around the studio and didn’t know why.  Then he noticed “Good Time” was playing.

I was super excited to see the brand new lyric video to the song.  There’s just something about the way it is put together that makes it seem fun on its own.  I am actually even more excited to see the actual music video.  But until then, hopefully this will hold all of us over!
