The guys in the Wanted are big music fans. You can see it in the covers they choose for their live sets (most recently a Coldplay medley), in the way they talk about the music they love in interviews and…well, based on the fact that they all chose to become professional musicians.

We decided to put that love to the test when the guys were in NYC. went backstage with them to play a game of What’s That Song?

They were so good at it and demanded we do so many songs that we had to break the game up into two parts. Here’s what happened in the first round.

Justin Bieber “Boyfriend”

Of course everyone instantly knew the track and love it. Except maybe Nathan? Fun fact: they share the same record label and management as the little hit maker! Funner fact: Tom Parker loves saying swag.

George Strait “All My Exes Live In Texas”

No one was able to guess this one, although we enjoyed Max George asking if it was John Wayne. Nearly got us there.

ABBA “Take A Chance On Me”

Biggest surprise of the game! A member of the crew was actually in ABBA and played the keys.

NSYNC “Bye Bye Bye”

Siva’s body cannot translate the dance movies, although he did try. Jay got up to some mischief.

Britney Spears “If You Seek Amy”

Ever heard Max sing in falsetto? Wonder who Jay wants to plow? You’re about to know way more than you ever wanted to.
