Is this something you think Michigan schools should think about doing? A charter school in Monroe, LA is banning students who test positive for pregnancy and they supply the test.

They reserve the right to force girls take pregnancy tests if they think she’s knocked up. If a girl tests positive, they kick her out. The schools policy also lets them refer the girl to a doctor of their choice.

If they still want to go to the school, they have to take a home study course. The ACLU has asked the school to reverse its decision. How do you feel about this?

Do you think it’s right, are you for or against it?
