Detroit was named the most dangerous city in the US by Forbes — for the fourth year in a row. The “Motor City” topped the list with a violent crime rate of 2,137 per 100,000 residents.

St. Louis came in second with a violent crime rate of 1,857 per 100,000 residents while Oakland, California came in third.

Most cities high on the list are suffering from high poverty rates and high unemployment figures. What can we do to get Detroit off the Top 10 list?
