Anyone else still hungover from yesterday!?

1) Drink Water : For the most part you hangover is just you being dehydrated!

2) Sports Drinks : These will give you the sugars and electrolytes your body is lacking!

3) B-Vitamins : Alcohol depleted your body of B-Vitamins so you need to re fill!

4) Coffee: Most likely your night of drinking messed up your sleep pattern and the caffeine can help you get back in the swing of things

5) The Hair Of A Dog : Fight your hangover with more alcohol

6) Carbohydrates

7) Greasy Food

8) Medication : Get that headache to go away with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs including ibuprofen or aspirin

9) excessive : Sweat out the hangover!

10) Prevention : Just do not drink (Boring)

My personal favorite is Pedialyte yes the drink for children!
