Find a workout that fits your life 

There are so many different workouts but you need to find one that is perfect for you! One that is not too hard but also is not too easy! One that you enjoy doing and will not get bored with.  You can check out for many different options.

Stock up on DVDs

Like any workout you do whether it is at home, at a gym or outside having variety is important! It is good for many reasons one being it will help shock your muscle and keep them guessing and two it will also help you not get bored! So have numerous different DVDs and mix it up!

Schedule your workouts

This is on YOU! You are making your schedule so make it the way that fits your life! Use your busy days as your days of rest etc.  Make a schedule that works for you and that you can stick to!
