I am already doing it myself! Trying to eat healthy and workout so I can back in shape for when it is time to get on the boat! I cam across this list on Cosmopolitan.com for pre-bikini diet foods or for my case pre-speedo diet foods..

1) Eggs – They are a great source of protein. You eat as many egg whites as you want all day long and you will be fine!

2) Greek Yogurt – Also high in protein and the thick texture can help you stay full throughout the day. Perfect for breakfast or a snack

3) Fish – Great because it is low in calorie and high in protein. Just do not deep fry it !
