Selena is going to take some time to focus on her acting, telling US Weekly that her debut solo album will be the last one she makes for quite some time. “I’m a woman so I change my mind all the time,” she said during a press conference for her latest film Getaway on Aug. 21. “One day I want to do acting and just that, and then other times I just want to do music and just that, so it changes.”

She revealed: “But this is my last record for a while. I’m going to tour it and then I’m going to just kind of get into acting for a really long period of time, hopefully.”

Miley Cyrus herself has spoken out about her controversial VMAs performance and she’s super proud of herself.  She tweeted, “Smilers! My VMA performance had 306.000 tweets per minute. That’s more than the blackout or Superbowl! #fact.” Billy Ray Cyrus also tweeted “Thanking God for so many blessings tonight. Continue to pray for world peace. More love …less hate.”

Also, supposedly Eminem wrote a verse totally ripping her apart. I can’t repeat it, bc it pretty bad…
UPDATE: It turns out the verse was actually written by @SlimShadyRaps, a Twitter user who writes raps in Eminem’s voice.

Sales of *NSYNC’s hit 2000 song “Bye, Bye, Bye” jumped 156 percent, according to The Wrap. Other music from the boy band, including the greatest hits album and the smash hit “No Strings Attached” also saw increases as well. Timberlake’s own “Cry Me A River” saw an increase in sales by 1,337 percent.
