It’s safe to say that Little Mix’s latest music video wouldn’t exist, as we now know it, if not for ’90s fashion and Beyoncé’s dance moves. The girls hit the sound stage for their latest, “Move” and get a little into the 2003 era Bey juice.

“We just think it’s fun,” Jesy Nelson said of the track in an interview with Pop Sugar Australia. “It’s what Little Mix are about. The song’s about not taking yourself too seriously. I still feel like it’s got the same vibe that [debut single] ‘Wings’ had, but it’s more mature and grown-up. Our music is just evolving, as we are.”

The first thing your eye is drawn to is Perrie Edwards’ ode to Paula Abdul hat/full look. And then Nelson’s royal blue pantsuit, which cannot be missed. The girls dance and put on their trademark sassy attitudes, bossing their male dancers around the set.

The clip was directed by Carly Cussen, the lady behind so many videos from British pop artists (Olly Murs, Ed Sheeran, The Saturdays) that she may be developing her own genre.

“Move” is the first song off their sophomore album, due out on February 4. The girls will join Demi Lovato on her U.S. tour in 2014.
