Fans arrived early to the Fox Theatre in downtown Detroit for the Sunday night show. Ashley Monroe, who opened for Hunter, shared how beautiful the Fox Theatre is with all of her Instagram followers

Hunter Hayes went on to perform a two hour set filled with excitement, high energy, and screaming fans. He dedicated “Everybody’s Got Somebody But Me” to “all the awkwardly single people in the room,” which elicited high pitched screams from the crowd.

The song is a duet with Jason Mraz, who appears on a large video screen behind Hunter. The duet was executed flawlessly and if you had closed your eyes, you wouldn’t have known Mraz wasn’t really there.
