Following his arrest at Justin Bieber’s Calabasas home on charges of alleged drug possession, Xavier Smith, known as “Lil Za,” was reportedly cuffed a second time, according to the New York Daily News and the Los Angeles Times.
Lt. Michael Williams told the NY Daily News that, while the 20-year-old was still in custody, he caused damage to a phone that was hanging on the wall of the jailhouse. The act apparently got Lil Za his second felony charge of the day.
After making bail, the rapper logged onto Twitter to post the simple message, “i’m fine.”
Lil Za’s initial arrest came after police raided Bieber’s home yesterday and found what appeared to be cocaine, though it has since been rumored that the drugs could be Xanax, Ecstasy or even MDMA (Molly).
While Bieber was not charged with possession, he may still be charged with a felony in relation to the incident which prompted the police to search the singer’s home in the first place.
The NY Daily News states that the Biebs and his crew are suspected of egging his neighbor’s home last week, causing an estimated $20,000 worth of damage.
Neither Bieber nor his reps have commented about the alleged egging or Lil Za’s two arrests.
