Justin Bieber To Be Charged With Felony? & Ashton Is So Over Charlie Sheen

Yesterday, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department recommended to the County District Attorney’s Office that Justin Bieber be charged with a felony vandalism for egging his neighbor’s house earlier this month, according to a report from E! News. The D.A.’s office will make the final decision on whether to charge Bieber with a felony or a misdemeanor or throw out the case entirely, but the Sheriff’s Department is apparently pressing for a harsh punishment for the 19-year-old. “I want a felony filing,” Sheriff’s Lt. Dave Thompson told E!.

“The kid needs to realize he can’t do this… We believe with the dollar amount and the evidence it deserves a felony filing.”

On Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night, Ashton Kutcher called out at his Two and a Half Men predecessor Charlie Sheen for constantly bashing him on Twitter. “Dude, shut the f**k up! Seriously, like. Enough already…Like it’s like three years later and you’re still blowing me up on Twitter. Like come on dude, really?”

Now Charlie initially tweeted an apology writing, “Ashton, message received. So sorry… My bad, I was pissed at other crap & took it out on you. Hope u r good.”

Buuuuuuuuut two hours later, Sheen tweeted a threat to Kutcher, writing: “But news flash Dood, you ever tell me to shut the F*** up, EVER again, and I’ll put you on a hospital food diet for a year. c #YaFeelMe Jr?”
