As we’re all very aware by now, there’s a lot of retouching and airbrushing that happens after a photo shoot has wrapped.

Take for example, Lady Gaga’s new campaign for Versace – it’s expected that Photoshop will come into play before the final pictures are revealed. What’s not expected, however, is for the original images to leak online.

But thanks to the website, that’s exactly what has happened.

Now, the pictures are making their rounds on the internet, and some are saying the “Born This Way” singer looks a little too different.

As far as we’re concerned, Gaga still looks gorgeous, but there are certainly visible changes made to her appearance in the finished photos. It’s pretty clear that the 28-year-old singer’s skin has been retouched and makeup has been added to her face. Additionally, Gaga’s arms and legs appear to have been slimmed down and her wig is made to look more natural.

In the past, the pop superstar has been vocal about not liking her overly airbrushed look, particularly on the cover of Glamour Magazine. She even appeared makeup-less on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar in 2011, saying, “Whether I’m wearing lots of makeup or no makeup, I’m always the same person inside.”

Still, Gaga has yet to comment on the leaked photos.

What do you think? Is the photo retouching too extreme, or is this just the norm these days? Share your thoughts below!
