In a new public service announcement, President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and celebrities Daniel Craig, Steve Carell, Benicio Del Toro, Dule Hill and Seth Meyers are speaking out about an extremely important matter: sexual assault.

The 60-second clip was created as a part of the White House’s 1 is 2 Many campaign; an organization led by Vice President Biden which focuses on eliminating violent crimes against women in the United States.

According to Jezebel, the PSA was shown after Biden made an impassioned speech yesterday (April 29) which outlined a recently released report about sexual assault on college campuses.

“College and Universities can no longer turn a blind eye and pretend rape and sexual assault doesn’t occur on their campuses,” Biden stated. “I understand that the good guys in the report, they may feel like they’re damaging the reputations of their schools, I get it. But it doesn’t matter.”

Regarding the PSA’s leading men, Biden said, “I’m not used to making calls to big old movie stars. But I called them. And every one of them said immediately, ‘What can I do?’”

Meanwhile, Biden, Obama and the White House have launched a task force which Time reports has been working with schools around the country in order to help improve campus policies on sexual assault so that they better comply with federal law.

A previous 1 is 2 Many PSA video featured famous athletes such as Jeremy Lin, David Beckham and Eli Manning.
