After finally being released from the hospital, Miley Cyrus is back in action and making headlines!

During her first stop on the European leg of her Wrecking Ball tour, Miley was on stage at London’s O2 Arena when she smelled cigarette smoke.

According to Gossip Cop, Cyrus then went on a rant about the dangers of smoking, though her approach was a bit…strange.

“Weed has never killed anybody. You guys know that, right?” the 21-year-old singer asked. “So instead of smoking your cigarettes, why don’t you guys just roll a fat joint?”

Cyrus, who was a known smoker in her teens, also said that the time in her life when she did smoke cigarettes were “the best three years of her life” but she stopped when “they slowly started to kill [her]” and she “started looking old.”

“No one wanted to make out with me,” the pop star remembers. “And then the minute I started rolling all these joints and I didn’t smoke cigarettes anymore, I could get any guy…and girl to f*****g make out with me because my breath smelled so nice.”

In conclusion, the “Adore You” singer says “Weed is much better and weed won’t kill you,” and gives fans very specific instructions on how the ways they should be smoking it.

Interesting PSA Miley…

The same day as the concert, Cyrus posted an Instagram picture that showed her hanging out with Kate Moss, a known cigarette smoker, so there’s no telling if she gave the British supermodel the same lecture.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus recently told the press that, despite the rumors, her hospitalization last month had nothing to do with a drug overdose, calling herself “the poster child for good health.”

“I didn’t have a drug overdose. I took some sh***y antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction,” Cyrus said, according to the New York Daily News.
