It looks like Justin Bieber has been involved in yet another fender bender.

The 20-year-old pop star was reportedly out and about in Los Angeles earlier this afternoon when a black BMW SUV struck the passenger side of his black Cadillac Escalade, Daily Mail reports.

A source tells Daily Mail that Bieber was not driving at the time of the accident and that neither he nor anyone else involved was seriously injured.

TMZ alleges that Bieber’s driver was attempting to lose a paparazzo that was chasing the young superstar’s car down Canon Drive when the accident occurred. The BMW is said to have pulled out of a parking garage and crashed into the Bieber’s passenger side door after misjudging the vehicle’s speed.

Ironically, the Biebs and his driver were right in front of Mastro’s Steak House when the accident occurred; the very same restaurant where the “Confident” singer reportedly took on-again girlfriend Selena Gomez on a date over the weekend.

Hollywood Life states that Bieber then quickly entered another vehicle and fled the scene for security purposes.

“If he was passenger in a vehicle and he left the scene of a non-injury accident, then there’s no criminal behavior on Mr. Bieber’s part,” Beverly Hills police officer Lt. Hoshino told Hollywood Life. “He has no obligation to stay there.”

“Justin did nothing illegal, unless he was obstructing justice by removing any relative evidence such as an open container of alcohol, drugs and/or weapons from the vehicle,” Lt. Hoshino continued. “The sheriff’s department will most likely review surveillance footage from nearby businesses and speak to any witnesses who saw Bieber leave the scene.”
