Beyoncé And Jay Z Using Justin Bieber’s Mugshot During ‘On The Run’ Concerts

By: Annie Scaramuzzino

Ultimate power couple Beyoncé and Jay Z launched their co-headlining On The Run Tour this week, and they’ve been making headlines for the multimedia aspects of their concert.

During the concert run’s first show, Jay and Bey treated the audience to exclusive footage from some of their most intimate moments as a family, including video clips from their wedding and images of seldom seen daughter Blue Ivy.

One less-publicized moment from that very same show at Miami’s Sun Life Stadium was when they projected large images on famous mugshots onto the screens, including the one taken of Justin Bieber earlier this year after he was arrested for allegedly drag racing under the influence!

A fan captured of a photo of the images and posted it on Twitter with the caption, “Justin’s mug shot makes an appearance at Beyoncé & Jay Z’s ‘On the Run Tour.’ Wonder if he’s excited lol” garnering a retweet from Bieber himself.

Whether the Carters intend to use the image on every date of their extensive tour remains uncertain, as does the reason why they’re using celebrity mugshots in the first place (perhaps to go with their ‘On The Run’/Bonnie and Clyde theme?)

Other mugshots that appeared on the screen included ones of TupacBill Gates and the rapper Rakim from Eric B and Rakim fame.

What do you think about Jay Z and Beyonce’s decision to use Justin Bieber’s mugshot during their concerts? Sound off below!
