Those who have played Grand Theft Auto V are likely familiar with the character of Lacey Jonas; a rom-com starlet with a penchant for trouble.

But did she remind you of Lindsay Lohan?

According to Yahoo! Celebrity, the actress has filed suit against creators Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive Software because she believes the fictional character was based off her likeness without her permission.

In the game, players find Jonas hiding from a swarm of paparazzi in an alleyway, and she begs for a ride.

“Can you give me a ride past them, please?” she asks. “I’m hardly wearing any makeup. This is a disaster. I’m so [expletive] fat. How’s my hair? Do I look cute?”

From there, the entire drive is made up of Jonas complaining about how hard it is to be rich and famous, making negative comments about her family, and alluding to the fact that she has an eating disorder and multiple lawsuits.

The New York Post reports that the Mean Girls star thinks the similarities between her and the character are “unequivocal,” pointing to Jonas’s clothes, voice, hair and the fact that she’s staying at the Hotel Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood where Lohan herself once lived.

Lohan filed the suit yesterday (which was also her 28th birthday) after several months of threatening to do so, and is looking for an unspecified amount of money for damages.

Meanwhile, Take-Two has declined to comment on the situation.
