Get To Know Artist On The Rise Becky G!

If you are a fan of the Disney channel, then chances are you’ve heard of Becky G!

This little firecracker has been on the scene for a few years now trying to reach the mainstream audience.  At 17, the singer/rapper brings her infectious energy to everything she does!

Her latest single “Shower is finally putting Becky G in the spotlight!!   It’s a catchy song and video. Take a look!

This artist on the rise has all the makings of a star! The looks, the talent, the personality, and a strong work ethic.  Here’s her ode to J. Lo called “Becky G From The Block.”

When I heard that Becky did a song with Pitbull, I thought fer sure this would be the song to bring her fame, and it did generate some radio airplay. “Can’t Get Enough”  went on to hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Latin Rhythm Airplay chart at the end of May, giving Becky G her first chart-topper.

Becky G has a strong fan base that she named her Beasters. They voted big for her back in April when Becky scored the ‘Best New Artist‘ award at the Radio Disney Music Awards.

Katy Perry also must be a fan of Becky G, because coming up this October, the singer will briefly join the Prismatic tour for two dates in Houston, one in Monterrey and one in Mexico City.

So what do you think of Becky G?  I think she’ll have everyone singing in the “Shower” this summer!
