G.R.L. singer Simone Battle was found dead in Los Angeles on Friday. She was 25.

Authorities haven’t yet said how Simone died but her record label confirmed her death, saying:

“We are deeply saddened by the tragic news of the loss of Simone Battle of G.R.L. Simone was an exceptional young talent and human being, and we are all devastated to learn of her passing.”

Reports say Simone might have committed suicide.

G.R.L. rose in popularity after being featured on Pitt Bull’s song “Wild Wild Love” and releasing their own single, called “Ugly Heart.”
