In a new clip released from the documentary Amy, detailing the rise to fame and untimely death of Amy Winehouse, comes film of the singer recording the single “Back to Black” in a New York City studio with producer Mark Ronson.

In the three-minute clip, Winehouse can be seen singing a cappella, headphones on, to the backing track as she lays down the song inspired by her on-again/off-again relationship with future husband Blake Civil-Fielder.
