When Lavante Dell saw the police lights he feared he was going to get a costly ticket for his tinted windows. But this traffic stop turned out to be so much more.

When Officer Joshua Scaglione pulled a tinted car over for windows being too tinted, he didn’t expect to see Dell’s 3-year-old child not in a carseat. When asked why she wasn’t in a car seat, Dell responded “I can’t afford it”.

Instead of writing a ticket, Officer Scaglione took him to Walmart and purchased a carseat with his own money.
