Kanye West would like to design school uniforms for Chicago schools.

TMZ’s camera’s caught up with West and asked him if there was anything he didn’t get to say during his MTV Video Music Awards speech on Sunday.

While West would start with Chicago, there’s obviously a grander vision at work. He describes the ambition as “just as a starting point for eventually ending classism and bullying worldwide.”

Kanye also addressed Ray J’s anger at his “Famous” music video. “I don’t understand why people are mad,” he said “we’re all in the same bed.”
