After just about a week of negotiations, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have landed on a custody agreement…for now.

TMZ reports that the former couple has decided that Jolie will receive temporary full custody of their six kids, while Pitt will get visitation.

However, the actor’s end of the deal comes stipulations: there must be a therapist present for his initial visit, and the therapist will then decide the terms of his visits moving forward.

Pitt will also have to submit random drug and alcohol tests, and both he and Jolie have agreed to attend individual counseling and family counseling sessions.

The two stars reportedly came to the agreement under the recommendations of the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services, and the current terms will last about three weeks.

When that time is up, the terms could either change, or the courts could get involved.

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt after two years of marriage on September 19 citing irreconcilable differences.
