Pretty Little Liars will soon be coming to a close, and for the stars of the show, that concept is starting to become a reality.

In fact, the cast had their final table read for the series finale yesterday, and Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell and Sasha Pieterse took to their respective social media accounts to share their emotional thoughts about the end of PLL.

“While we still have 15 more days of filming , I sit here with a heavy, but extremely full & grateful heart after our official last table read of Pretty Little Liars,” Lucy Hale (Aria) wrote. “Aside from a murder mystery, mysterious Rosewood, the Hunt for A, and a lot of sketchy characters…the foundation of this show started and ended with friendship. Through it all, these characters stuck by each other’s side. Knowing and working with each of these ladies has left such a huge mark on my life. And I’m not ready to say goodbye.”

Troian Bellisario shared the same group pic in black and white, and admitted they had to take the photo before the table read started because they were all a mess by the end.

“Table read for 720. Before. Because afterwards we were all hysterically crying and red,” she wrote. “I cannot believe that was the last one we will ever do together. I love you all.”

Sasha Pieterse, who was only 13 when she was cast as Rosewood’s resident mean girl Alison DiLaurentis, talked about how much she’s grown up on the show.

“The last 7 years have consisted of graduating high school, learning to drive, doing what I love every day, finding true friends, and getting engaged to my best friend,” Pieterse said. “It’s an end of a chapter and it’s been some of the best times of my life. To the fans: thank you for taking this journey with us. For loving the show the way we do. For having faith in us, they way we have faith in you. You’re apart of this just as much as we are. Thank you for being apart of our #PLL family. I will cherish you all forever.”

Pretty Little Liars will enter the second half of its final season in April of next year.
